The Centres of Excellence for Children’s Well-Being Program was established in 2000 to provide tools, resources, advice and information to promote the health of Canadian children and youth. The Program has fulfilled its original mandate and objectives and funding from the Public Health Agency of Canada ended on March 31, 2010.
The Centres continue to work with their broad networks of partners to advance the health of children and youth. Please visit the sites for each of the Centres to learn more.
